During the month of December, 2010, Firebreather Athletics sponsored two CrossFit Goal Setting and Positive Self-Talk Seminars. The first Seminar, held on December 14, was a private event for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Some of the bravest men and women serving in Law Enforcement attended the Seminar. On December 18, the second Seminar was held at CrossFit Marina in Huntington Beach, California.
