SIZING INFORMATION

Firebreather apparel is designed to promote a confident and athletic appearance. Our apparel is consistent with the sizing of most quality athletic garments. Our shirts are true to size. If you want a particular piece of apparel to fit slightly looser consider ordering one size larger than normal. Each garment may have a small variation in size and feel due to the various washes we use during our creative process. ONLINE ORDERING

Firebreather Athletics accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Payment is made via a secure gateway and your card is billed at the time of purchase. We value your privacy and will not share your information with others for any reason.

SHIPPING

Orders will process within 1-2 days of being received. Shipping estimates include the time your order reaches the warehouse. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods within the US. International and APO delivery times vary. We only sell in stock items and will notify you of any unusual circumstances that may delay delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the time your purchase leaves the warehouse.

Firebreather Athleticswill make a good faith effort to correct any errors in shipment. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer, or the customer wants to change the location to which a product will be shipped after an order is made, you must contact us immediately. Once your items leave the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Firebreather Athletics is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you decide to exchange an item product, shipping charges are not refundable.

Please adhere to the following steps when entering a military address:

  • Shipping Method: Please select Military option.
  • Enter Grade/Rank/Rating and full name in the “Name” field
  • Enter Unit number, CM Room Number, PSC Number in the Address 1 field
  • Do not add address information in Address 3
  • Enter APO (FPO) in the “City” field
  • Enter Armed Forces (AA/AP/FP) in the “State” field
  • Enter UNITED STATES in the country field
  • Enter the ZIP code in the “ZIP” field.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Firebreather Athleticscarefully inspects every item before it is shipped. If a product is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately for exchange instructions. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned apparel MUST be in absolutely new and unworn condition for an exchange. Me must receive returned garments prior to exchanges or refunds.
