On October 9, 2010, Firebreather Athletics sponsored a Goal Setting and Positive Self-Talk Seminar at CrossFit Advantage in Mukilteo, Washington. The weekend was a huge success with over seven CrossFit Affiliates in attendance. Cody, the owner and head trainer at CrossFit Advantage, is a true Firebreather. He sets a positive example for his athletes to follow and always leads from the front. Following the Seminar, Cody and his team of Firebreather's completed a brutal workout that showcased their mental and physical capacity and proved that CrossFit Advantage has an "Indomitable Spirit".
